The Workmaster electronic truck mounted cleaning unit is built
for performance. Capable of cleaning carpet up to 150 ft. from
the unit, the Workmaster can deliver hot high pressure cleaning
solution, and extract it back out hour after hour non-stop.

 Powerful Vacuum and
Water Pressure System:
The Workmaster's unique "Hybrid Vacuum System" employs
the lift power of a Sutorbilt positive displacement vac pump
in tandem with the superior air flow of a three stage centrifugal
blower to create a vacuum capable of working 150 ft. of hose.
The water pressure system utilizes a Cat 290 triplex pump, and
a Little Giant, 120,000 BTU, propane heater to deliver high pressure
hot water to the cleaning tool. An adjustable by-pass unloading
valve ensures long pump and heater life. Cleaning chemistry is
added automatically via a fully adjustable flowmeter system.
 Versatility:
"Power to Go" describes the Workmaster cleaning system.
Combining the high production and performance of a truck mounted
cleaning system with the versatility and reliability of a portable
unit, the Workmaster provides the best choice for the cleaning
professional. The base unit can be dismounted in minutes and
taken to those tough-to-reach jobs. High rise buildings, banks,
restaurants, shopping malls, or other locations where most truck
mounts cannot work are accessible to the Workmaster. By removing
four locking pins, the unit can be released from its permanently
installed mounting plate, and slid out of the truck on a track
system. The unit's legs and wheels will drop into place and the
operator can roll this compact truck mount right to the job.
Economy:
The Workmaster operates on low-cost electricity and propane as
opposed to higher cost conventional gasoline powered systems.
The fully automated systems of the Workmaster eliminate the buckets
that go with operation of most portable equipment. This means
big savings in labor.
 Efficiency:
The Workmaster automatically meters in the cleaning agents from
a 5 gallon concentrate reservoir. When this is coupled with the
optional waste pump-out system, the Workmaster becomes a high
production cleaning system that takes water directly from the
cold water supply, brings it up to pressure, adds the cleaning
agent, heats the solution, sprays it into the carpet, extracts
it back out and pumps the waste into the appropriate sanitary
sewer system, all in response to the operator pulling the valve
on his cleaning tool. Non-stop efficient cleaning, hour after
hour.
 Portability:
Workmaster is known as "the truck mount that doesn't need
a truck." Usually operated from its installed position in
your truck. The unit can be easily dismounted and taken inside
for high rises, shopping malls, banks, night work, or whenever
the situation requires portability. Since it runs on clean electric
and propane and is mounted on a track system, it can be easily
dismounted and taken to your job. Just pull the restraining pins,
slide the unit out allowing the wheels to drop into place, replace
the pins, and away you go - truck mount performance on the 25th
floor!
