PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Electronic Checks online via PayPal.

A free PayPal membership is available to make purchases.

Money orders or cashiers checks may be sent by postal mail.

We will not ship your product until your payment has been successfully deposited at our bank.

A fee of $25.00 will b charged for any returned checks.

SALES TAX

Chem Max Corp will automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders to be shipped to addresses within the State of Michigan.  Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

WARRANTIES

Manufacturer's warranty applies to all products sold on this site.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Chem Max Corp. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  Chem Max Corp. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Chem Max Corp. will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
