SHIPPING
Our standard shipping method for most products is UPS Ground Insured. Additional charges apply for overnight or 2nd-day shipments. UPS shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination Zip code. Shipping does not include UPS fuel surcharges or UPS surcharges for oversize packages, which may be additional. UPS shipping is not available for large items such as totes or large equipment.
Shipping charges do not apply on orders held at our warehouse for Customer Pickup.
Unless being picked up at our warehouse, larger items such as equipment and totes are shipped via Common Carrier, Freight Collect.
Please separate your orders according to shipping method (UPS, Customer Pickup, Common Carrier).
We can ship anywhere with a U.S. domestic zip code, including APO/FPO addresses (for individuals).

RETURNS
Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Chem Max Corp within 7 calendar days if any products are missing or damaged.
Shipments received with obvious packaging damage must be refused unopened by the customer, and returned to Chem Max Corp for exchange for a new product.
Items shipped in error, or items received DOA may be returned to Chem Max Corp within 30 days of delivery with a Return material Authorization (RMA) number.
Re-pack the product(s) as if they were new and in working condition. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as no to incur physical damage during return shipping.
Returns received at Chem Max Corp without an RMA number will be refused.
Returns received at Chem Max Corp more than 30 days after delivery will be refused.
All returns must be received complete and with all packaging, manuals, accessories, etc., and a copy of the original sales receipt. |
